As soon as a shipment could not be delivered successfully and is therefore sent back to us, you will automatically receive a refund from us excluding the shipping costs.
Reasons for unsuccessful delivery are:
- no access to the building
- no name tag on the doorbell
- Recipient may have moved
- Parcel was not picked up in time at the post office
- Recipient's address is incomplete

To make your purchase from us as convenient and uncomplicated as possible, you can choose between the following payment methods:
