Please note, that shipping to the following countries is currently not possible:
Canada, Republic of Cuba, Dominica, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Martinique, Mauritius, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Réunion, Syria and Yemen

CO2-neutral parcel shipping with insurance 📦

We ship your orders with DHL Go Green environmental protection program. In order to ensure fast and reliable shipping, we only send insured parcels.

   

  • National

    For orders over € 30.00 within Germany the delivery is free of charge, otherwise € 4.95 will be added for shipping expenses. For insured parcels, the allowed weight is up to 31.5 kg. The delivery time is 3-5 working days.

    The product SONNENANBETER is a bulky good item. Bulky goods are only shipped within Germany and the shipping costs is € 20.00 for up to two deck chairs. Due to the current situation, DHL has announced that there will be selectively delays by bulky good item shipping in big cities. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

  • International

    For deliveries outside the EU, the customer shall bear the costs of any customs and import duties incurred in accordance with the legal provisions of the recipient country.

    The delivery time within the EU is a maximum of 21 work-days. For other countries 4-6 weeks. The delivery time for USA, Puerto Rico, Australia and New Zealand is currently 8-10 weeks.

    *Due to current events, shipping to the USA are experiencing significant delays and exceptionally long transit times. The US Post Office (USPS) apparently has problems both with regard to the tracking of shipments as well as with the speed of shipment-processing. The reason to these delays is caused by the tightened processes relating to import customs clearance in the US at the beginning of the year.  It is therefore currently unavoidable that very long runtimes arise. If you do not receive any information about your shipments in our Track & Trace, this does not mean that the shipments have been lost.

    We regret that the delivery of goods to the USA is currently not of satisfactory quality in many cases!*

    ⚠️Please note!
    As soon as an international shipment could not be successfully delivered and is therefore sent back to our logistics center, we will inform the customer via email about the instant refund of the order amount, excluding the shipping costs.
    Reasons for the unsuccessful delivery are:

    • no access to the building
    • no sign on the bell, recipient may have moved
    • parcel was not picked up at the post office in time
    • recipient’s address is incomplete

Maximum 5 pieces of selected articles can be sent with PIN AG only within Germany and the EU countries. You can find a list of the selected articles suitable for envelope shipping here. In order to ensure a reliable shipping, we only send insured envelopes.

    

  • This shipping will be sent without tracking number.
